Although we at quranteaching.co.uk are offering 3 days free trail classes for the satisfaction of valued students but at any stage if you feel unsatisfied, you can always get a refund by calling our customer service either by phone, contact form or our email address.

Following condition(s) apply to refund policy:

1. You can request refund within 7 days of joining the classes (trial period not included).
2. If you hold classes for some reason then the balance can be transferred for the next classes only.
3. You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours.
4. If you have completed 7 days classes then there will not be any refund applicable.
5. In case of refund all the deduction will be beard by the customer.
6. Fee includes the public holidays as well.
7. The date of the completed request and the start date of the course will determine what or credit, if any, shall be due. Refunds can be expected approximately 2-4 weeks the request is submitted.
